Cancellation and Return Policy

There are no exchanges or refunds available once your product is delivered to you and you accept it as accurate as per your order. If you want to return any product(s) that are damaged or do not match your order, please do so within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging with a note. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. All returned product(s) must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice/receipt, and a return/exchange authorization number, and must be unopened and sealed; otherwise, the product(s) will not be returned. Please note that any product that has been opened or used cannot be exchanged or refunded. We may need up to three weeks to process your return. You will be contacted after your return request has been handled.

Replacement: 

If we have delivered you the wrong product(s), you must notify us through e-mail or phone within three business days. Within 7 days of delivery, make sure to return the product(s) in its original packing with a note.

Order cancellation: 

For any technical or manual cause, we reserve the right to reject or decline any order(s) placed for a product(s) listed with an inaccurate price. Regardless of whether the order has been verified and/or money has been received. In this scenario, the entire money paid will be reimbursed, and you will be notified.

Note: 

Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
